Dixit: Disney is a beautifully illustrated game that fosters imagination and intuition. Relive familiar stories from Disney and Pixar and let your imagination run wild!

In Dixit, you become the storyteller and create your own stories.

Thanks to its simple rules and gameplay, everyone—regardless of age—can enjoy Dixit.

The game is also suitable for children, as it helps them develop their imagination.

In each round, a different player takes on the role of the storyteller. The storyteller earns points when the other players guess their card based on a clue they provide. But this clue must be clever, because if all players guess the card correctly, the storyteller gets no points! The other players earn points by identifying the storyteller’s card and by winning votes from the other players through smart card selection. The game ends when one or more players reach 30 points or more. The player with the most points wins.

How to Play Dixit:

1. Players take turns being the storyteller. The storyteller chooses one card from their hand and gives the other players a clue about that card (a word, a sentence, a song...).
2. Then the other players choose the card from their hand that best matches the clue. The storyteller’s card is shuffled together with the other players’ cards, and then all the selected cards are laid face up on the table.
3. Which one belongs to the storyteller? Players vote secretly, and then scoring begins. Points earned are recorded on the game board.

Tip for the Storyteller:

The clue for the other players can be a sentence of as many words as you need. You can make it up or borrow it from a poem, song, movie, or proverb. You can even sing it or express it through onomatopoeia or pantomime.

If the clue is too simple (for example, too descriptive) or, conversely, too difficult (too abstract or personal), the storyteller may not earn any points for it. They must ensure that at least one player guesses their card correctly, but not all of them. It may seem difficult at first, but you’ll soon find that inspiration will strike!
