DeskovCON 2027

Pack up your family and friends and come to the DeskovCON 2027 – weekend board game festival in Prague!

The event and it's program is completely in Czech language. So do most board games available to play.

19 - 21 February 2027, you can try not only new releases from Czech publishers right in the capital city. You can expect accommodation in Grand Hotel International with excellent hotel buffet breakfast, well-stocked game rental, bar, lectures, tournaments, and a rich program. In your free time, you can go sightseeing and explore the historic centre of Prague thanks to the metro stop just a 2-minute walk away!

The event will take place at the Grand hotel International (Koulova 15, Praha 6 - Dejvice) and there will be leading Czech publishers present, including Albi, Asmodee, Fox in the Box, Old Dawg, Rex hry, TLAMA games, TT Games, and X Zone. At the event you will have the opportunity to have games from these publishers explained and played that you may have missed so far, as well as some games that are still in the pipeline. There will also be vendor booths so you can take your favorites straight home!

- Barvení miniatur (naučte se barvit figurky jako profíci).
- Gamedesignování (vytvořte si deskovku pod dohledem zkušených gamedesignérů).
- Jóga nad Prahou (protáhněte se po sezení u stolu s nádherným výhledem na Prahu v sále ve věži hotelu)
- Krvavá hodina odbila (hraní).
- Gwint: Naučte se a zahrajte si karetní hru ze světa Zaklínače a zúčastněte se kvalifikace na velký turnaj na Con Morhenu.

Accommodation: in 1/2/3/4 bedded rooms with en-suite facilities. All rooms are in the same building as the festival, the restaurant is even on the same floor. Due to capacity and organizational reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to arrange accommodation for less than the whole weekend. Thank you for your understanding.

Children: Entry to DESKOVcon is allowed for children from 6 years of age. The event assumes the ability of children to manage to some extent independently playing the board games that will be available at the event. The price is the same for all participants of the event including children.

Meals: Breakfast is included in every accommodation package. We are able to arrange gluten-free meals, but need information about dietary restrictions in advance. For lunch and dinner there will be a range of reasonably priced ready meals available more or less all day. You can also buy other refreshments on site or take advantage of the hotel restaurant.

Transport: 

The hotel is located close to Dejvická metro station. The nearest public transport stops are Čínská (buses 340, 107, 350, and 355) and Zelená (trams 8, 18, and 26).

Parking:

A very limited number of parking spaces are available directly at the hotel for DeskovCON visitors at a price of CZK 200 per day. Parking in the surrounding residential zones is free during the weekend. Alternatively, you can leave your vehicle at one of the P+R parking lots and take public transport to the hotel.

Admission: 

Simply present your paid order number and your name.

Bowling: There is a bowling hall in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
