Welcome to New Orleans, the city of masks and temptation

Beneath the glittering masks of the famous New Orleans Carnival lie not only faces, but also secret desires and intrigues. Karneval Hříchů (Carnival of Sins) draws you into a world of high society where morality takes a back seat to strategy. In this city of temptation, only those who can tame their desires, read their opponents, and use both luck and cunning to their advantage will survive.

Seven nights, seven dice, seven deadly sins

The entire sinful revelry lasts exactly 7 rounds. At the start of each round, the player holding the Devil card rolls a set of 7 unique dice—six black ones (from d4 to d20) and one white one. All players hold the same set of 7 Sin Cards in their hands. Your task is to look at the rolled values, secretly choose one sin from your hand, and place it face down on the table.

Temptation at the Table

Masks fall and sins are gradually revealed. Each card has its own specific effect, allowing you to take dice from the table or harm your opponents:

• Greed: Takes a pair of dice with the same value from the table.
• Gluttony: Shamelessly grabs the highest-value die.
• Lust: Steals one odd-numbered and one even-numbered die—even directly from an opponent.
• Envy: Copies the point total of the player holding the Devil card.
• Wrath: Rolls a die, allowing you to physically alter the values of other dice on the table.
• Sloth: Takes the die closest to you.
• Pride: Resolved at the end of the round; collects the remaining dice and secures the Devil card for you until the next round.

The Crown for the King of the Carnival

You lock the dice you’ve collected onto your cards, and their values make up your score. The game also helps those who haven’t been lucky—the player with the lowest score in the round receives a bonus equal to the value of a white die. At the end of the 7th round, you tally up all your sins, and the most successful player is crowned the King or Queen of the Carnival of Sins!
